Loved the place and the view from the balcony. There’s a supermarket right there, in the same block, a Starbucks and a hari and beauty salon next block. Location is easy to find with taxis, close to DIFC Ashri was always responsive and immediately acted when we had a little inconvenience in the bathroom. These things can happen in a flat, but we appreciated how they managed also offering a small compensation for the inconvenience Highly recommended and would go back again

Excellent stay, highly recommend! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic, and the balcony view overlooking the park and the Dubai Frame is absolutely beautiful. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Both bedrooms having attached bathrooms is extremely convenient and made the stay very comfortable. The host was also very proactive and supportive prior to check-in, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

We definitely love this place! Ashri was very kind and attentive the entire time, always willing to help. The place is exactly as pictured very clean, cozy, and organized. The area is very peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommended; we would definitely return.

Great apartment. Perfect for any TownSquare location. The apartment was v clean and well appointed with everything we needed. There was access to a pool and gym. We’ll stay again. Great thanks

J’ai vraiment aimé mon séjour de trois semaines dans ce studio. Monsieur Ashri et le monsieur de la réception sont très accueillant et bienveillants. J’ai eu un petit problème technique avec la machine à laver ; une heure après l’avoir signalé, Monsieur Ashri a envoyé quelqu’un pour régler le problème. Top ! Et le monsieur de la réception il m’a montré comment fonctionne la plaque de cuisson 😆 Le mall est à seulement 2 minutes à pied, idéal pour les cafés et les magasins. Les voisins ont été très gentils. La salle de sport et la piscine sont également très bien. Un séjour vraiment plaisant durant toute la période. Merci pour votre réactivité et pour votre écoute envers vos clients.

Really great place, theres groceries and restaurants immediately next to the building and the view and the balcony was amazing, cozy , clean and nice to stay in. And the kitchen was fully equipped which was great.
