This my first stay location at dubai the apartment is modern and equipped with quality furnitures and kitchen things the sofa can be converted to bed which made our kids to accommodate easily in this studio apartment. The balcony was spacious enough to have a good time to enjoy tea with snaks. There is a straight road view from balcony and can hear super cars sounds was really interesting There was a shaded car parking on the 2nd floor which made me so peaceful to park the car easily i had already suggested to many of my friends who are planning for a road trip from KSA to dubai. There is a grocery store below the building where you can find almost things like fresh fish, vegetables,meat and the staffs over there are from kerala and so friendly The apartment is little difficult to find at night if you come late. always ask for the reception of the building for an easy access. The location is in a porche area and most of them you see are Americans
